5 Songs To Add To Your Hip-Hop Halloween Playlist This Year!

Halloween is just around the corner, so what better than to nail down some tracks to add to your Halloween Playlist?

We went for a few unconventional jams this year, and some classics, of course!

Eminem & Rihanna - "The Monster"

This track is a shoo-in, obviously because there's monsters under beds and all of that. Plus, Eminem and Rihanna are a great collaborative team!

JAY Z - "Lucifer"

One of the more underrated tracks off The Black Album, this is the first glimpse you get of Jay and Kanye West working together. Most people forget that Yeezy was a producer before rapping himself, and Hov calls out Kanye in the beginning of the track.

Bell Biv DeVoe - "Poison"

You can't leave out the song "Poison" when it comes to a Halloween playlist! Sure, there are more cliche tracks like "Thriller" from Michael Jackson and whatnot, but think of it this way, not only do witches poison men, but you also can't trust a big butt and a smile.

Kanye West, JAY Z, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, and Bon Iver - "Monster"

The song was not on an official album, but rather part of the "G.O.O.D. Music" or "G.O.O.D. Fridays" releases. This gave Ye a chance to showcases his love for indie artist Bon Iver, as well as bring some power packed punches in like JAY Z and Nicki Minaj. The song regained popularity this year when Adele rapped Nicki Minaj's part on James Corden's Carpool Karaoke segment on The Late Late Show, and shot back up the iTunes charts as a result. #TheAdeleEffect

Travis Barker Featuring Slaughterhouse - "Devil's Got A Hold Of Me"

Travis Barker, known to the rock community as the drummer of bands like Blink-182 and The Transplants comes forward a few years ago and decides he's going to do a semi-rap based album with his sick beats. He enlisted many performers for the album, but one of the darkest and best tracks off the album was with Slaughterhouse, which, for those of you who don't know, is a rap group consisting of Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Kxng Crooked and Royce da 5'9", and are signed to Shady Records (Eminem's Label). With that kind of backing, you know it's good.
