Celtics Gordon Hayward will be going into surgery tonight following his gruesome leg injury he suffered in Tuesday’s season-opening loss to the Cavaliers.
Per ESPN: Hayward’s agent Mark Bartelstein told ESPN’s Jackie MacMullan the surgery will involve “a bunch of different things,” including inserting a plate and screws to stabilize Hayward’s ankle and tibia.
