Kevin Spacey has released a statement via Twitter overnight apologizing to actor Anthony Rapp from Star Trek Discovery who revealed shocking allegations about him. According to Rapp, when he was 14 and Spacey was 26 Spacey invited him to his apartment for a party. Later in the evening Spacey “picked Rapp up, placed him on his bed, and climbed on top of him, making a sexual advance.”
All of this is news to Spacey who released a statement at midnight saying he didn’t remember the encounter, but that he apologizes. He also made another revelation. Read Kevin’s official statement below:
