The photos show Chris with his hands on a woman's neck appearing to strangle her. He was having a party in Miami early Monday and when the pictures surfaced, there was much criticism although his lawyer says the woman is a friend. According to Mark Geragos: "She's a friend. It's obviously playful as she confirmed. Whoever invaded their privacy will be held accountable."
