One of the things about her parenting style that we're learning is that Cardi will not hire a nanny... at least for now. Cardi wants to be right there with her baby girl and despite being super busy with her growing career, she doesn't plan on leaving her with a nanny quite yet. How long until after a child is born is it okay for a parent to hire a nanny?
