Nicki Minaj's new album Queen was originally set to drop June 13 before it got moved back to August 10. Now, with the new date coming up, we're learning that it may be pushed back even more. So, what's the hold up now?

One of the tracks on the new record samples and old Tracy Chapman song and it apparently hasn't been cleared yet. Nicki is currently deciding whether or not to cut the track and release the album on it's expected date, or push it back another week to get it cleared.
