Jose Irizarry said the lack of security and crowd control caused a brawl to break out. He was hit in the head and body while minding his own business.
Irizarry is claiming pain and suffering, lost wages and medical bills in his suit. He wants the club to cover his costs.
Jay-Z is not personally mentioned in the lawsuit.
