On an upcoming episode of Jada Pinkett Smith's Red Table Talk on Facebook Watch, she talks about her personal battle with severe depression.

She said waking up was the worst part of her day. By the time she got herself "going" it was evening and then it was time to go back to bed. She says she was severely depressed for years.

She also opens up about having a nervous breakdown. A new episode of Red Table Talk is available Monday's at 12 noon EST.
