Nicki Minaj and new boyfriend Kenneth Petty appear to be moving full steam ahead.
Nicki took to Instagram to show off Kenneth’s first tattoo. He got her name, Onika tatted on his neck.
In the video she can be heard asking him if it hurt and he says “nah.” Nicki went public with the new relationship via Instagram on December 10th.
