Lil Wayne Praises Swizz Beatz And Reveals Jay-Z Helped Him Out With His Taxes
Lil Wayne has been through a lot in 2018. He left his longtime label, Cash Money and was finally able to put out the Carter V thanks to JAY-Z and Swizz Beatz.

Wayne wrapped up his I Am Nothing Without You tour, which he did in conjunction with JAY-Z’s streaming service, Tidal, and while on stage he shouted out the Hip-Hop legends.
Wayne told the Chicago crowd that JAY-Z helped him get his finances straight by helping him with his taxes and Swizz gave Wayne all the beats he could, so Wayne could rap on them while he dealing with the Cash Money lawsuit.
Along with thanking JAY and Swizz, Wayne also thanked Chance The Rapper for “ridin’” with him while he was “really really down.”
