More news is surfacing surrounding the surprise engagement of Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena.

Like the fact that Safaree got permission from Erica's mom and son to marry her before he popped the question. According to Safaree's rep, KD McNair, it was his mission to get permission for Erica's hand weeks before popping the question.
