There is something so powerful about the words and messages that the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. left us.  They continue to inspire and empower us each and every day.  

Today, we take a moment to remember some of his quotes that move us to action and live in the light of compassion.

1. The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of  challenge and controversy.”

2. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

3. “The time is always right to do what is right.”

4. “Faith is taking the first step even when you can’t see the whole staircase.”

5. “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is ‘What are you doing for others?’
