Chris Brown is holding true to his word and has filed a defamation suit against the 24-year old that accused him of rape while in Paris on January 15.

Brown and two others were detained on Tuesday and later released the same day with no files charged against them, but the investigation is continuing.

Brown's lawyer, Raphael Chiche, says no charges have been filed against him and the charges against him haven't been dropped, but the suit against his accuser will be filed today.
