Today (Mar. 15), Mariah Carey released her “A No No (Remix) featuring British-Jamaican rapper Stefflon Don.
The original “A No No” track comes from Carey’s latest album, Caution. There were rumors about Mimi putting Missy Elliott, Cardi B, and Lil Kim, who is sampled on the track (“Crush On You”), but she chose to grab a rapper from across the pond instead.
“Most b****** talk s*** then get punched in the face/ The name’s Don and they don’t call me dot for nothin/Fair ain’t in my blood. I ain’t scared or nothin/ I take the trash out/Brothers won’t play me I blow they back out/I ain’t wit that he say she say/Get the strap out,” Stefflon Don raps on the track.
Stefflon Don is gearing up for her Secure Tour, next month. The British rapper will be gracing the stage in cities including Glasgow, Norwich, and Cardiff.
