By now you’ve either seen or heard of Beyonce’s new Coachella documentary, “Homecoming.” Beyonce revealed that she went on a brutal diet to get Coachella ready.

The day that Queen B gave birth to her twins she weighed 218 pounds so she eliminated bread, meat, fish, dairy, alcohol, sugar, and carbs, which is basically a vegan or Whole30 diet.

Beyonce says, “I’m hungry,” in conjunction with her strict diet she did stairs, rehearsals that lasted for hours and SoulCycle. Beyonce says she learned a valuable lesson, “I will never, never push myself that far again.”

Before you start throwing everything out of your kitchen, nutritionists say that type of diet isn’t sustainable and could mess with your immune system, hormone development, and stress management.
