The Mother of Nipsey Hussle’s Daughter is Fighting for Her in Court
Nipsey Hussle’s daughter’s mother was in court yesterday fighting to get their daughter back. I told you last week how Nipsey’s sister Samantha Smith was fighting for guardianship of 10 year old Emani saying she’d be better off being raised in her household. A judge denied Samantha’s request saying Emani’s biological mother Tanisha Foster had a right to be notified of the request and to fight it if she wanted. Well she did and in court yesterday Tanisha said “I love my daughter and I’ll do whatever it takes to get her back.” She’s fighting for custody AND child support to be paid from Nipsey’s estate.
