Meek Mill is planning on taking legal action against the Cosmopolitan casino in Las Vegas for being denied entry…he says because he’s black. It happened around 3:30 Saturday when Meek and two of his security rolled up to a DJ Mustard party but weren’t allowed in and his security team started rolling when they were being told why they wouldn’t be let in.

Meek went on twitter saying “Cosmopolitan hotel/casino going to extreme racist levels to keep too many black entertainers and black people …. they said they gone lock me up.”

Meek’s lawyer says we have learned that the Cosmopolitan maintains a list of African American recording artists who should be denied access for no other reason than than their culture and skin color.

A rep for the cosmo says the claim of racism is totally false…they were just over capacity claiming they have “zero tolerance for discrimination.  They also claim the fire chief had been called cause there were too many people inside.
