R&B singer Tamar Braxton recently got into a Twitter spat with Dr. Darell Scott, a pastor who is also the CEO of the National Diversity Coalition for Trump.
Scott took to Twitter to condemn people who have suggested that Trump wasn’t behind the release of A$AP Rocky from prison in Sweden.
Scott tweeted, “Contrary to what the Left’s “Know Nothing Blacks” are saying (Tamar Braxton in particular) The President was involved in A$AP Rocky’s situation almost from Day One!”
“I know because @realkareemdream and myself personally involved him by connecting the Whitehouse to Rocky’s manager.”
Braxton, who is known for candidly speaking her opinion, clapped back at Scott and told him to stop disrespecting her name, before bringing Kim Kardashian into the situation.
“Please, keep my name out y’all wack a** “let’s get the blacks on board bullsh*t”…the real question is what are y’all going to do about these “privileged Americans” shooing up schools and Walmart’s?? Haaann??” Braxton tweeted back.
“Where ya at @KimKardashian?”
On Friday (August 2), a Swedish judge ruled that A$AP Rocky and his two associates didn’t need to remain in custody while awaiting their verdict, which takes place on Wednesday, August 14 regarding their trial over assault charges in Stockholm.
Last month, Kim Kardashian took to Twitter to thank Trump and Jared Kushner for attempting to assist with getting Rocky released from jail in Sweden.
The reality TV star tweeted a link to a TMZ report that said,” President Trump is very much aware” of A$AP Rocky’s legal situation and that “he’s got his team working to get him freed” along with her husband Kanye West.
Following the tweet, Rocky’s management contacted Trump’s son-in-law, Kushner who made the president aware of the case.
“Thank you @realDonaldTrump @SecPompeo, Jared Kushner & everyone involved with the efforts to Free A$AP Rocky & his two friends. Your commitment to justice reform is so appreciated,” Kardashian also tweeted.
