R. Kelly is out of solitary confinement and back in general population. His attorney says he was moved yesterday and that extra security measures will be put in place seeing as how for someone like R Kelly, general population can be more dangerous. R. Kelly will now be allowed 10 non-attorney visits instead of the previously allowed one. He’ll also have a longer leash for phone calls and emails and he’ll be able to go outside in the yard to get fresh air daily.
