On Wednesday (Sept. 11), Detroit rapper Kash Doll took to Twitter to pen a heartfelt apology to Lil Kim, following a recent reconciliation between the two rappers.

Without going into too much detail, the “Ice Me Out” rapper recalled a time where she almost let someone plant seeds in her head about the iconic rapper.

“I was in my feelings about some sh– someone I was working with told me,” Kash Doll shared. “She said I couldn’t go on tour with her. Lil Kim didn’t even know.”

Kash Doll then explained that upon meeting the “Crush On You” rapper for the first time, she realized that the Queen Bee had no ill feelings towards her.

“She was so G about it! Hugged me and embraced me like listen, you’re too talented for that. I love learning sh*t from OGs!! @LilKim Thank u for everything! You’re truly an icon, love,” Kash Doll tweeted.

Following Kash Doll’s tweets, Lil Kim then joined the Twitter conversation and praised Kash Doll for taking the high road.

“In life we make mistakes and bad decisions sometimes but it’s how that woman fixes it is what defines her,” Lil Kim wrote. “I asked at @Kashdoll to fix it publicly so I can support her publicly and she kept her word. @kashdoll u r a true queen for that I respect u even more.”

“Thank u for accepting my apology!!” Kash replied. “I’m so grateful, Kim. You don’t understand!!!”

Kim then responded, “u have always Been a hustling get money fly a– b—- wit skills, u r a go getta & I love that about u I always rooted for u even still & I always wanted 2 support u plus u 4rm one of my fav places. Real recognize real & last night we had a real moment Love u queen @kashdoll.”

“Love u moreeeeeee this speaks volumes! That sh– I was ranting about I never thought you’ll see it and u brushed it off.. I always say your name in my interviews! I’m genuinely happy thanks so much!” Kash Doll responded.
