Lizzo Apologizes for Putting Postmates Driver on Blast for Stealing Her Food
Lizzo learned she has a lot of growing to do…so she says. She ordered food recently from Postmates and took to Twitter after her delivery driver never showed up. She tweeted “Hey @Postmates this girl Tiffany W. stole my food…she lucky I don’t fight no more.” And threw up a screenshot of the girl’s photo. A rep for Postmates contacted Lizzo right away so they could resolve the situation but her fans were quick to point out that puttin’ this delivery driver on blast was irresponsible and could be putting the woman’s life in danger. Lizzo agreed, deleted her tweet and apologized “I understand I have a large following and that there were so many variables that could’ve put her in danger. Imma really be more responsible with my use of social media and check my petty and my pride at the door.”
