Latonya Young is a hairstylist by day and an Uber driver by night. She’s also a single mother studying criminal justice at Georgia State University. One day a guy named Kevin Esch got in her car and they talked about her life and how she hasn’t been able to graduate because of a $700 unpaid balance. Every time she had the money to pay it off, something would happen and one of her kids needed something.  Well, a couple days after that ride, Latonya got a call that someone had paid off that balance, and it was Kevin. She was able to return to school, get her associate’s degree, and plans on now getting her bachelor’s degree. Kevin was at her graduation ceremony and said that after hearing her story he was compelled to help her.
