Soulja Boy Sued For Alleged Assault Of A Woman

A woman has filed a lawsuit against Soulja Boy alleging he kidnapped and assaulted her last year. The woman claims that Soulja hit her in the head with a gun and told her she was going to die. The incident involved one of his male assistants. She reported the incident to the police.
A raid last February found firearms at Soulja home which was a violation of his parole. The woman is suing for assault, battery, and false imprisonment. The assistant has been sued for sexual battery.
