Tom Brady is the best quarterback to ever play in the NFL, we know this. He’s the GOAT. He’s taken less money to play the game he loves for the greatest organization on the planet and for that, he has our loyalty, love and respect. But Tom, for the love of GOD…JUST STOP!
His latest IG post has the world in a frenzy. It’s a black and white photo of him walking into (our out of) an NFL stadium. He’s clearly poking fun at the fact that everyone’s trying to speculate where he will end up playing next season. Is he walking into Gillette? Out of Gillette? Into another stadium, out of another stadium? You’ll hear the sports radio world debate these questions for the next week. You’ll hear from photo experts. You’ll hear from people analyzing his ears, his feet even the puddles at his feet and where the water looks like it’s leaning. All for what? For us to speculate where Tom Brady will be playing next season.
Tom, I beg of you. PLEASE STOP! Don’t feed into the nonsense. You’re better than the trolling. Leave that to us, the media and the fans. It’s frustrating and sad enough for us to get used to the fact that you may not be here next season. Don’t rub it in our faces. Your REAL fans are going to stand behind you no matter what. You’ve given us so many memories we’ll never forget. You’ve cemented your legacy into our hearts and you will always be our GOAT. But as for the trolling…you’re better than that. PLEASE STOP!
In the end, Tom Brady will either be playing in New England next season or he’ll be playing for another team. If you’re a fan you’ll have to decide if you’re going to root for him or against him. But there’s one thing that no one can ever take away from Tom. He’s given us more loyalty, memories and heart than any other athlete will ever give us in our lifetime. So for that Tom, we thank you and we love you. But PLEASE STOP!
