The carbon-fiber composite material that makes up more than 50 percent of the 787 makes the plane jet and more fuel-efficient. (Photo by Kevork Djansezian/Getty Images)

Who is in the wrong here? A woman named Wendi posted a video of a man repeatedly punching the headrest of her seat for 45 seconds straight because it seemed like she’d reclined it too far back. According to Wendi:  “He was angry that I reclined my seat and punched it about 9 times – HARD, at which point I began videoing him, and he resigned to this behaviour.”

She adds that when she complained, she was the one reprimanded and the man was offered a drink.

Based on the video, who was in the wrong?
