Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker declared a state of emergency Tuesday as the number of coronavirus cases in the state spiked to 92, more than double the 41 cases announced just 24 hours earlier.  So what exactly does this mean? There's been a LOT of misinformation. So here's the best way to answer that question:

It allows said state access to federal aid. As of now, there is 8 billion dollars in federal aid to combat the coronavirus. It won't be enough.
