Timbaland and Swizz Beatz talked about this after the Jill Scott/Erykah Badu Verzuz session, but now it's official! Both Nelly and Ludacris posted about it on Instagram.
Nelly's caption:

I don't know who will win, all I know is that I LOVE watching these battles and I will be there on Saturday night at 7p to see what goes down!
