Doja Cat recorded 98 apology videos in response to #DojaCatIsOverParty
#DojaCatisoverparty was trending this weekend and it’s all over some old footage that surfaced showing her in a video chat room saying some controversial things including the “N” word and over a song that she released in 2015 that many say mocked victims of police brutality. It got so bad that Doja released a written statement and she addressed it on IG live. In her written statement, she said “I’ve used public chat rooms to socialize since I was a child…adding that she’s a black woman, she’s proud of where she came from.” Adding that she’s sorry for upsetting and hurting anyone, that it’s not in her character and she’s ready to prove that moving forward.
