Justin Montney in Colorado Springs just heard some of the most insensitive remarks he's ever heard.

Unfortunately, his fiancee Alexis Wyatt  passed away in a tragic car accident in February. After this unfortunate accident, Justin called the company to get his money back BUT they refused to give him a refund.

According to Justin "They said they'd extend my service to my next wedding, which was a very insensitive thing to tell me."

He had given them $1800 and the contract did say no refunds, but Justin feels these are special circumstances and he should be given his money back.
