More from Kanye’s interview with Nick Cannon where he talked about the infamous night at the VMAs when he interrupted Taylor Swift’s speech. Kanye says, God told him to do it. According to Kanye "If God ain't want me to run on stage and say Beyoncé had the best video, he wouldn't have sat me in the front row. I woulda been sitting in the back.” He then went on to say he was drinkin’ Henny and Cognac and that he didn’t even wanna go to the VMAs in the first place.
He summed up his spotlight-stealing like this: “Right now, God is giving me the information and he ain’t give me no other information … So that means he wants me to say this now.”
