Well Happy Birthday to you then. Ashley Monique Spencer was arrested on September 3 after she allegedly plotted to kill her husband’s mistress. She came up with the idea after she found out that the other woman gave birth to a baby boy and filed a child support case against Spencer’s husband. Apparently one of the pieces of evidence in the case is from a friend of Ashley's who allegedly received a snapchat message from her that read “You know of any felons that don’t give a damn about life and willing to do a job?” The person Ashley found was actually an undercover agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. After meeting with the agent in a parking lot and having their conversation recorded, Ashley was arrested. Spencer was charged with solicitation to commit first-degree murder and she is currently held at the Seminole County Jail.
