Phase 2 permits the reopening of offices, in-store retail, outdoor dining, barbers and beauty parlors and numerous other businesses. CLASSIC! At least this will be a moment they never forget.

A man proposed to his girlfriend on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York, and it was planned enough to have some photographers there.  But it was happening right next to a busy bike lane, and that part was NOT thought out.

One of the guys trying to capture the moment was dodging bike traffic . . . and in the middle of the proposal, he collided with someone on a bike.  The man proposing said, quote, "You good bro? . . . We're gonna edit that."
