WATCH: It’s official – cute animal videos help reduce stress
Good news if you like watching cat videos, cute little pigs, or other animals online. A new study shows that seeing adorable animals actually helps to reduce stress levels in humans. And you don’t have to see them in person, although online videos (as opposed to pictures) helps even more. In some cases, blood pressure and anxiety levels dropped by almost 50%. So if you get caught at work watching animal videos, just tell your boss you’re relieving stress to be a better employee.
