Tom Brady is all in in Tampa Bay. Word is he's close to buying a $7.5 million mansion in a gated community in Clearwater, Florida that was custom built in 2015. The deal is expected to close this week. It's 8,548 square feet with 5 full baths and 3 half baths (8 toilets in all!) and it's right on the water with its own private dock. Inside, the home has a private gym, theater room, billiard room, media center and an elevator. There's also a private lot right next door.
