Even though there’s been some pushback, the Cannabis Control Commission is moving forward with plans to allow a new class of weed delivery business. Delivery is already allowed for medical marijuana, but now they approved some controversial changes that allow standalone recreational marijuana retailers without storefronts to deliver products to customers’ doorsteps. The Commission will vote to approve the final regulations during its next meeting on October 29th.
