Another Boston tradition is being forced to take the year off because of the pandemic. First Night Boston announced that the annual event will switch to virtual this year. The event usually attracts about 250,000 people to Boston, but because of the need to avoid crowds, we won’t be able to check out the fireworks, performances, or ice sculptures. Details and schedules for the virtual event will be posted at First Night Boston.
