JetBlue Announces New Flight Routes from Boston to Five Cities
JetBlue announced on Wednesday that the carrier will be launching service between Logan International Airport and five new cities, beginning in the fall.
The airline will begin service from Boston to San Antonio in October, Kansas City and Milwaukee in the second quarter of 2022, and seasonal service to Asheville, North Carolina, next summer, according to the JetBlue’s official press release. In addition to those U.S. states, the airline will also land in Canada in 2022 for the first time, offering flights from Boston and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. Seasonal flights between Boston and Vancouver will begin next summer, with tickets going on sale soon.
“Almost since day one, both our customers and crewmembers have been asking us to add flights to the middle of the country and into Canada. We can’t wait to shake up the status quo in these markets currently dominated by high-fare carriers, and we look forward to introducing new customers to JetBlue favorites like live seatback TV, free Wi-Fi, the most legroom in coach and great service from our friendly Crewmembers,” said Scott Laurence, head of revenue and planning, JetBlue.
