Chris Brown had a birthday party in LA Wednesday night/early Thursday morning but broke all Covid restrictions and pissed off all his neighbors by being crazy loud and double parking cars all up and down his street. Indoor spaces in LA are still set at 50 percent capacity and about 300-500 people ended up showin’ up. Police were called to break up the party celebrating Chris’s 32nd birthday but no arrests were made so that’s good. Parking tickets were also issued to most of the cars on the street.
