Drake Wants Your Mom To Know What He Smells Like
Drake has linked up with Postmates to launch his much-anticipated Better World Fragrance House candles with a tasty deal.
Page Six reports that this Mother’s Day Weekend (Friday, May 7 through Sunday, May 9), one of Drake’s coveted scents will come free with any Postmates order of $50 or more from a list of the artist’s favorite restaurants in NYC and LA.
The Drake-approved New York eateries include STK Downtown, STK Midtown, Tao Uptown, Tao Midtown, Lavo, Nobu Fifty Seven and Nobu Downtown. California residents, on the other hand, can snag a candle by ordering from Nice Guy, Craig’s, BOA Steakhouse West Hollywood, BOA Steakhouse Santa Monica, Katana, TAO, Blue Ribbon Sushi, Nobu LA or Nobu Malibu.
The Better World Fragrance House candles will be available in five scents: Sweeter Tings, Williamsburg Sleepover, Muskoka, Good Thoughts, and Carby Musk. However, the one candle that claims to “actually smell like Drake,” Carby Musk, isn’t part of the Postmates promotional launch.

Drake’s candles will also be available for purchase at KANDL Artistique in Toronto and on the Better World Fragrance House website starting on Sunday. Drake first announced his candle line in December of last year, but he began teasing the project a few months earlier in June that same year.
Here is a list of the full product description:
Carby Musk: “Smooth musk fragrance is introspective as in an interpretation of your beautiful self, yet extrovertive as how you would want others to see your bold and brilliant self. Muskoka: “Oriental Woody fragrance that emulates the smoldering warmth of burning woods, golden embers, and the feeling of being cozy by the fire. Features notes of Birch Tar, Fresh Clove Buds, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, and Smoked Leather Accord.”
The rapper isn’t the only A-lister cashing in on the celebrity candle craze. Gwyneth Paltrow lit up social media after dropping a candle called “This Smells Like My Vagina” in January 2020. Priced at $75 and scented with geranium, citrusy bergamot and cedar, the Goop product that the company said “started as a joke,” was mostly met with mockery… and then it sold out. Anthony Hopkins has perfume, candles and diffusers which come in sandalwood, amber and gardenia tuberose scents. They feature the actor’s original artwork, which his more than two million Instagram followers know has kept him busy during quarantine. Sisters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner have joined in on making their own candle lines, as well as Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys and Kasey Musgraves to name a few more.
