You know what I’ll be doing today… logging into my Chopra app for day one of this 21-Day Meditation Experience with Deepak and Alicia Keys. I’ll be honest, it’s hard for me to meditate because I have a very active mind, but I attempt to do it anyway. I’ve been doing these 21-Day Meditation Experiences since he started doing them with Oprah years ago.
