ALEX RODRIGUEZ was seen partying with BEN AFFLECK’S ex, a TV producer named Lindsay Shookus, at her birthday party last Saturday. Is the timing coincidental?
A-Rod was recorded by Lindsay’s side at an intimate backyard gathering in the Hamptons. But his rep says, quote, “There is absolutely zero there . . . they’ve been friends for 15 years.” Watch the video here!
In other A-Rod news . . . he started renting a mansion about a mile from JENNIFER LOPEZ’s Hamptons home. Supposedly it’s just for the summer while he continues to look at local property to buy.
He was also spotted with a brunette woman at a restaurant last Friday, but sources say she’s his business manager.
