Jay-Z's cousin is being sued by an investor for the video game platform owned by the Roc Nation entertainment company, a new lawsuit claims, per Daily News.

Briant Biggs, the cousin of the rap mogul, was a part of a team that was raising $1.5 million for Roc Nation’s video game subsidiary, Unanimous Games according to the investor, Blueprint Capital Holdings.

President of Blueprint Capital Holdings, Ryan Collision, claims Bigg's plan was to“bridge the gap” between the video game industry and the entertainment industry. Popular rappers such as Meek Mill, Yo Gotti and Jay Park were expected to participate in the venture.

Collision says he "invested $250,000 in March 2018." Following the investment, "Unanimous Games promised that it would at minimum repay that money plus interest by March 2021," according to the Manhattan Federal Court suit per Daily News.

When March 2021 arrived there was no money given to Collision, according to the filing which led to Collision offering more time for Biggs to pay him back. Collision asked for tax returns and other financial documents from the video game company but they failed to respond according to the suit.

“Notably, Unanimous Games did not provide any tax returns, income statements, general ledgers, profit and loss statements, or any documents relating to the alleged $5,000,000.00 investment,” the suit says per Daily News.

However according to records, Biggs paid himself, "tens of thousands of dollars from Unanimous Games in 2019 and 2020," the suit claims.

Collision’s company accused Biggs, Unanimous Games and Roc Nation of fraud and breach of contract and is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.

As of now, Unanimous Games did not immediately respond to a request for comment per Daily News.
