Drake Confirms Release Date For ‘Certified Lover Boy’
Drake’s highly anticipated album Certified Lover Boy finally has a release date. The Toronto rapper confirmed his sixth studio album will arrive on Friday (September 3).
Drake took to Instagram to announce the album’s release date with a collage of pregnant women emojis captioning it, “CERTIFIED LOVER BOY SEPTEMBER 3.”
Previously, Drake and Kanye were competing on dropping their albums on the same day but since Donda dropped Sunday, that is no longer in the cards.
The rappers were going back and forth for about a week when Drake came for Ye in his feature on Trippie Redd’s hit “Betrayal” and Kanye was accused of dropping Drake’s address on social. Hopefully, the feud is over so fans can enjoy each respective album individually.

Drake doesn’t need to chase clouts with controversy to sell his album, biggest for a reason.
