Beyoncé and Jay-Z are selling their New Orleans mansion for a cool $4.45 million.

The 13,292 square foot pad has 7-bedrooms, 8-bathrooms and was originally a Presbyterian church, TMZ reported.

The home has held special events including weddings and has housed major recording stars and corporate execs.

According to the outlet, the 3-story building with 26-foot ceilings features Spanish baroque architecture and is divided into one main residence with 3 apartments that are each approximately 1,000-square-feet.

The home is rumored to be the filming location of Beyoncé's "Sandcastles" video from her Lemonade album.

The listing comes three months after the mansion caught on fire in July, and was classified as simple arson.

It's unclear what damage the fire caused but we imagine that the home is still in the best selling condition as the house will be painted to the new owner's liking prior to the deal closing.
