Nicki Minaj’s fans think Cardi B’s shady tweet is about the Pink Friday rapper and they are not happy about it. As Cardi B could be facing up to four years in prison for allegedly orchestrating an attack on two bartenders back in 2018 at a strip club, Barbz have been attacking the rapper saying she could spend almost half a decade from her kids.
In a since-deleted tweet, one Barb tweeted out, “better get the best lawyers out there cause yk d— well Offset ain’t gon be there” for their kids.
The Bronx rapper tweeted back at the Barb saying, “My man is allow to be with his kids so what’s your point?”

The tweet has been interpreted as a shot at Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty, who is involved in an ongoing lawsuit with alleged attempted rape victim Jennifer Hough who is suing Nicki and Petty for “intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment, and witness intimidation.” Hough spoke out on The Real last month about her alleged assault in 1994 and the current lawsuit of alleged harassment by Nicki and Petty. Petty pled guilty to attempted rape and served four and a half years in prison. Just last month, Petty pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender after he moved from New York to California per Rolling Stone.
Barbz quickly flooded the comments with a few fans defending Cardi B. One fan replied, “Not the barbs inadvertently admitting that Nicki is married to a child predator by assuming this tweet was about her….YIKES.”
