A 251-square-foot home on the outskirts of Boston sold Monday for $315,000. That is 50 times its selling price from 1982 but it fell short of the asking price of $442,000. It sits on a .06 acre of land  has a 12-by-10-foot main room with kitchenette and closet, plus an alcove of a bathroom next to the front door.  Here’s a picture:
