According to Forbes, attorney Tony Buzbee has now filed a massive lawsuit against Travis Scott, Drake, Apple, Live Nation representing over 125 concert attendees who were affected physically, mentally and/or emotionally by the event. They are seeking over $750 million in damages. This follows the announcement of attorney Ben Crump saying he’s representing over 200 victims saying they’ve suffered physical and emotional pain as well, through over 100 lawsuits and has plans to file 90 more. This could put Travis Scott, Drake, Live Nation and more to be responsible to pay one billion dollars in damages.
