Fans are hoping that the event will at least be live-streamed which seems likely, since Kanye’s rollout for his latest project Donda was streamed through Apple Music so fans all over can watch the performances.
Photos of the preparation for the stage have been leaked as CBSLA news reporter John Schreiber shared a video on Twitter, “Massive build out tonight for the Ye (formerly Kanye West) and Drake concert set for Dec. 9th at the LA Coliseum. Looks like a circular mound is being built with sand and concrete or stucco. At first, thought this was a monster truck rally setup.”

As we previously reported, the two rappers have reconciled and are coming together to free Larry Hoover. Larry Hoover is the founder of the Gangster Disciples gang, who is currently in prison in Colorado serving six life sentences for ordering the 1973 murder of a 19-year-old drug dealer and later running a drug ring from prison that raked in an estimated $100 million a year per Page Six.
West told President Trump in 2018 that freeing Hoover was very important to him per NY Post, “In an alternate universe, I am him,” the Grammy winner said. “And I have to go and get him free because he was doing positive inside of Chicago.”
The “Free Larry Hoover” concert will take place at LA Memorial Coliseum on Thursday (Dec. 9).
