LOS ANGELES, CA - NOVEMBER 12: Lil Wayne performs on Camp Stage during day one of Tyler, the Creator's 5th Annual Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival at Exposition Park on November 12, 2016 in Los Angeles, California.

Lil Wayne’s security guard has decided to press charges against Weezy after the alleged gun incident that happened in the rapper’s home last month.

TMZ reports that Lil Wayne’s security guard will press charges on his former boss for allegedly pulling a firearm on him during an altercation at Weezy’s Hollywood Hills home last year.

Previously the security guard did not want to press charges on Wayne even though he is the one that called the cops, per the gossip site.

The guard claims that the rapper hit him in the head and face and pulled an AR-15 during a heated argument. The incident allegedly occurred between the two after the guard was accused of taking pictures and leaking them. Sources told the outlet that law enforcement had “issues with the guard’s story from the get-go.”

As of now, the sources say that the case does not appear to be strong and law enforcement has yet to speak to Wayne about the new charges. The sources also claim that that the security guard is aiming for a civil suit.
