The Woman Who Was Selling Her Farts Has Retired Due to Excessive Gas
Remember STEPHANIE MATTO . . . the woman from “90 Day Fiancé” who made a small fortune farting into jars and selling them? Unfortunately, she has been forced into retirement due to . . . excessive gas.
Turns out her steady diet of gas-inducing foods caught up with her. She says, quote, “I remember within one day I had about three protein shakes and a huge bowl of black-bean soup.
“I could tell that something was not right that evening when I was lying in bed and I could feel a pressure in my stomach moving upward. It was quite hard to breathe, and every time I tried to breathe in, I’d feel a pinching sensation around my heart.”
Stephanie thought she was dying of a stroke or a heart attack, so she rushed to the hospital, where a doctor diagnosed her with intense gas pains.
Quote, “I was advised to change my diet and to take a gas suppressant medication, which has effectively ended my business.”
Stephanie ended up banking $200,000 off her flatulence, and she’s donating some of it to charities that help with gastric issues. She’s also going to invest in cryptocurrency.
And she’s working on “digital fart jar artwork,” whatever that means.
She says, quote, “I think my family is relieved [about my retirement], and honestly so is my colon.”
